What if my item is not delivered or is damaged upon arrival?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must report a problem within 14 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
