How do I know my payment has been received?

What if my item is not delivered or is damaged upon arrival?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must report a problem within 14 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product to product. We know you are excited to receive your order, and we appreciate your continued patience as we overcome any delivery delays due to COVID-19 and other worldwide supply chain issues which may cause shipping to take longer than usual.
